Hello, this is Chloe, an Oceankats designer. I'm sorry for quitting so suddenly. However, since I am a minor, I have no choice but to focus on my studies. Since I can't check this site every day, I'm officially shutting down Oceankats. To those who loved Oceankats, thank you very much.  

But, I'm working on something else. The job is not only about drawing pictures, there is something I want to show you by creating a website with a new topic. We'll give you hints with pictures on Instagram, so look forward to it. Thank you.
